γ型硅酸二钙(γ-C_2S)的水化活性低,是水泥生产中有意避免生成的熟料矿物。但其具有较高的碳化活性,而这一特性长期未得到足够的重视与研究。利用其碳化反应活性高、碳化反应密实化的特点,将其应用于发展新型快硬高强碳化材料、混凝土抗蚀改性材料等,有望开辟一条胶凝材料开发和改性新途径。介绍了γ-C_2S的碳化反应活性及其应用研究进展,展望了其未来在低碳材料等领域中的应用前景。
γ-type dicalcium silicate (γ-C 2 S) has low hydration activity and is a clinker mineral that is intentionally avoided in cement production. However, it has high carbonization activity, but this characteristic has not been paid sufficient attention and research for a long time. It is expected to open up a new way for the development and modification of cementitious materials by utilizing the characteristics of high activity of carbonation reaction and densification of carbonization reaction and its application in the development of new fast hard and high strength carbonized materials and concrete corrosion resistant modified materials. The research progress of carbonation reaction of γ-C 2 S and its application are introduced, and its application prospect in the future of low-carbon materials is prospected.
