目的 研究中药黄芪、当归对血管内皮剥脱后再狭窄大鼠血液流变学的影响 ,探讨黄芪、当归防治血管再狭窄的作用机制。方法 建立内皮剥脱后再狭窄动物模型 ,应用血液流变仪检测黄芪、当归对内皮剥脱后血管再狭窄大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果 与对照组比较 ,内皮剥脱后 2 1d ,模型组大鼠血浆及全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数及刚性指数、红细胞压积均明显升高 ,细胞变形指数显著下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。黄芪、当归单独及联合治疗后血浆及全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数及刚性指数、红细胞压积较模型组明显降低 ,红细胞变形能力显著增强 ,各项指标均有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。黄芪和当归联合治疗后各项指标基本恢复至对照水平。结论 黄芪、当归可能通过改善血液流变学各项指标而发挥其防治血管内皮剥脱后再狭窄的作用。
Objective To study the effects of Chinese herbal medicine Astragalus membranaceus and Angelica sinensis on hemorheology in rats with restenosis after vascular endothelial excision, and to explore the mechanism of action of Radix Astragali and Angelica in prevention and treatment of restenosis. Methods The animal model of restenosis after endothelial exfoliation was established. The hemorheological effects of Radix Astragali and Angelica sinensis on vascular restenosis after endothelial exfoliation were detected by hemorheology. Results Compared with the control group, the plasma and whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, rigidity index, and hematocrit increased significantly in the model group on the 21st day after endothelial exfoliation, and the cell deformation index decreased significantly (P < 0.05). . Compared with the model group, the plasma and whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, rigidity index, and hematocrit were significantly decreased and the deformability of erythrocytes was significantly increased in the treatment of Astragalus membranaceus, Angelica sinensis alone and in combination, and there was a significant difference between the indexes (P < 0.05). ). After combined treatment of Astragalus and Angelica, all indexes basically returned to the control level. Conclusion Astragalus membranaceus and Angelica sinensis may play a role in prevention and treatment of restenosis after vascular endothelial desquamation by improving various indexes of hemorheology.
