用薄层扫描法测定了昆明地区３１例人体胆石中胆固醇的含量，结果表明３１例人体胆石均属胆固醇石，与Ｘ射线衍射分析结果吻合，且胆固醇结石的比例较８０年代显著上升
The contents of cholesterol in 31 cases of gallstones in Kunming were determined by TLC. The results showed that all of the 31 cases of human gallstones were cholesterol, which was in good agreement with the results of X-ray diffraction analysis.
