规模经济的发展与技术的发展具有强烈的正相关,这种正相关决定了技术发展对规模经济的牵引性。只要技术发展不停止,规模经济发展的潜力就无止境。由此可见,规模经济是有发展前途的经济。从总的发展趋势看,规模经济是一种高投入、高产出经济。规模经济是以专门技术、专用设备为基础的经济,是以技术进步为基础的经济。技术开发投入、专用技术投入,随着企业规模的扩大、设备专用性的提高、技术开发难度的增强,有不断提高的趋势。
The development of economies of scale has a strong positive correlation with the development of technology. This positive correlation determines the traction of technological development on economies of scale. As long as technological development does not stop, the potential of economies of scale will never end. This shows that economies of scale are economically promising. Viewed from the general trend of development, economies of scale are a kind of high-input, high-output economy. Economies of scale are those based on specialized technology and special equipment. They are economies based on technological progress. Investment in technology development and investment in special technology have been increasing with the expansion of enterprise scale, the improvement of equipment specificity and the difficulty of technology development.
