The authors observed 65 cases of ipsilateral recurrent facial neuritis. In addition to the detailed clinical examination, the majority of patients also made an electrical response diagnosis, and some also made electromyography, temporal bone pyramidal X-ray photographs and the body’s systemic reactivity check. The recurrence rate of facial neuritis was 7.5%, 40 on the right and 25 on the left. It can occur at any age, with most relapses, fewer relapses, and least recurrences.
