一氧化氮（ＮＯ）由一氧化氮合成酶（ＮＯＳ）催化Ｌ－精氨酸产生。人子宫内膜表达ＮＯＳ，其表达水平随内膜周期而变化。ＮＯ在子宫内膜局部通过内分泌和旁分泌参与月经形成机制。
Nitric oxide (NO) catalyzes the production of L-arginine by nitric oxide synthase (NOS). Human endometrium expression of NOS, the expression level changes with the endometrial cycle. NO participates in the mechanism of menstruation through endocrine and paracrine in the endometrium.
