以河南科技学院红花新株系“3-10”为试材,研究不同播种密度(2.50、5.00、7.25、10.00、12.25g/钵)对红花芽菜生长发育以及黄酮含量的影响。结果表明:播种密度为5.00g/钵时,有利于红花芽菜的生长发育,经济产率、生物产率达到最高值,分别为11.308%、9.384%,生物产量和经济产量都比较理想,黄酮含量达到26.86mg/g。因此,播种密度为5.00g/钵是最佳播种密度。
With the new safflower strain “3-10 ” of Henan Institute of Science and Technology as the test material, the effects of different sowing densities (2.50, 5.00, 7.25, 10.00 and 12.25g / pot) on the growth and the flavone content of safflower buds were studied. The results showed that when the sowing density was 5.00 g / bowl, it was in favor of the growth and development of safflower buds. The economic yield and biological yield were the highest, which were 11.308% and 9.384%, respectively. Both the biological yield and the economic yield were satisfactory. The content reached 26.86mg / g. Therefore, sowing density of 5.00g / bowl is the best planting density.
