制备了几种碳化钨和不同Mo/W原子比的钨钼混合碳化物催化剂样品。用模拟汽车排气的人造废气,对该催化剂去除CO、NOx和丙烷的性能进行了测试。用X射线光电子谱测定法(XPS)及H和CO选择性化学吸附法对该催化剂表面性能进行了测试。与主要含Pt和Rh的三效催化剂相比,碳化钨对CO和NO的转化呈现出良好的活性。然而,这种碳化钨对丙烷的氧化是无效的。钼、钨混合碳化物的活性很低,其差距明显。
Several samples of tungsten carbide and molybdenum mixed carbide catalysts with different Mo / W atomic ratios were prepared. The performance of this catalyst for the removal of CO, NOx and propane was tested using artificial exhaust gas that simulated vehicle exhaust. The surface properties of the catalyst were tested by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and H and CO selective chemisorption. Tungsten carbide shows good activity for the conversion of CO and NO compared to the three-way catalyst containing mainly Pt and Rh. However, this tungsten carbide is not effective for the oxidation of propane. Molybdenum, tungsten mixed carbide activity is very low, the difference was significant.
