分别对环氧树脂(E-51)/腰果酚曼尼期碱(PCD)和环氧树脂(E-51)/硫脲改性腰果酚曼尼期碱(FCD1)两种固化体系在不同温度下的凝胶时间进行了测定,通过Arrenhinus公式求出固化反应的表观活化能,并对固化物的力学性能和耐热性能进行了测试。结果表明:与E-51/PCD相比,E-51/FC-D1的表观活化能降低34.2%,低温固化反应活性更高,除固化物断裂伸长率下降46.9%外,其余剪切强度、拉伸强度、拉伸模量、弯曲强度、弯曲模量和压缩强度均得到提高,固化物综合性能好;耐热性基本保持不变。
The effects of epoxy resin (E-51) / PCP and epoxy resin (E-51) / thiourea-modified cashew nut mannin base (FCD1) The gel time was measured by Arrenhinus formula to determine the apparent activation energy of the curing reaction, and the mechanical properties of the cured material and heat resistance were tested. The results showed that the apparent activation energy of E-51 / FC-D1 was reduced by 34.2% compared with that of E-51 / PCD, and the low temperature curing reactivity was higher. The elongation at break of the cured material was reduced by 46.9% The strength, tensile strength, tensile modulus, flexural strength, flexural modulus and compressive strength are all improved, and the consolidated properties of the cured product are good. The heat resistance basically remains unchanged.
