目的:了解姜黄素的急性经口毒性和遗传毒性,为姜黄素的开发利用提供实验依据。方法:按照GB15193-2003《食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法》进行急性经口毒性实验、Ames实验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验及小鼠精子畸形实验。结果:姜黄素对小鼠的急性经口LD50>21500 mg/kg bw;三项遗传毒性实验结果均为阴性。结论:姜黄素属无毒级物质,未见遗传毒性作用。
Objective: To understand the acute oral toxicity and genetic toxicity of curcumin and provide experimental evidence for the development and utilization of curcumin. Methods: Acute oral toxicity test, Ames test, micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes and sperm deformity test in mice were conducted according to GB15193-2003 Food Safety Toxicology Evaluation Procedure and Method. Results: The acute oral LD50 of curcumin was> 21500 mg / kg bw in mice. All three genotoxicity tests were negative. Conclusion: Curcumin is a non-toxic substances, no genotoxic effects.
