针对汽车起重机作业过程中出现的起重臂下落冲击问题,分析双定量泵分合流系统的工作原理并进行改进设计。改进后的双定量泵分合流系统将分合流阀的结构形式由常闭模式改为常开模式,同时增加压力切断阀,消除了因分合流阀换向引起的液压泵流量变化所带来的压力突变,成功解决了起重臂下落冲击问题。
In view of the problem of jib drop impact during the operation of truck crane, the working principle of double-pump combined-flow system is analyzed and improved design is made. The improved double-metering pump sub-flow system will change the structure of the sub-flow control valve from the normally-closed mode to the normally-open mode and increase the pressure cut-off valve to eliminate the change of the flow of the hydraulic pump caused by the commutation of the split-flow valve Sudden changes in pressure, the successful solution to the problem of jib impact.
