随着中国进入了WTO的大门,很多对加入WTO有抗拒心理的人高喊“狼来了”,也有人对入关后中国的机遇持乐观态度,但却很少有人讲中国企业也有机会先变成“狼”然后再实现“狼穴淘金”的梦想。实际上,入世是双向的,利弊也是双向的。任何国家和地区加入WTO都是为了有利可图,中国也不例外。当然人世的短期内,将有大批非知识劳动力失业,许多企业会因为没有能力面对强手的冲击而倒闭,但从长期来看,WTO带来的是新的市场游戏规则,新的理念、知识、技术、资金、人才和全球的庞大市场。虽然中国13亿人口的消费群体对全球的大、中、小企业有很大的吸引力,但中国市场的消费能力和发达国家相比还是非常落后的。而由于市场壁垒的减少,中国企业将有更多的机会在全球发达的消费市场中展示实力和发展市场。所以,中国的企业应该从过分悲哀的“与狼共舞”的担忧中走出来,开始设计一下如何可以利用WTO的契机先变成狼再来“狼穴淘金”的演义版本。

Due to the reduction of market barriers, Chinese companies will have more opportunities to demonstrate strength and develop markets in the globally developed consumer markets. Therefore, Chinese companies should come out of the overly sad “dancing with the wolf” and begin to design how to use the WTO’s chance to become the wolf’s comedy version of “The Wolf’s Gold Rush”.
