催化燃烧法是处理消失模车间废气的有效方法。考察了废气浓度、温度以及空速等工艺参数对苯乙烯在蜂窝型催化剂上催化燃烧净化效率的影响。结果表明,苯乙烯浓度对废气净化效率影响不大,温度对苯乙烯催化燃烧起着决定性的作用,随着空速的增加,苯乙烯的净化效率下降。
Catalytic combustion method is an effective way to deal with vanishing workshop exhaust gas. The effects of process parameters such as exhaust gas concentration, temperature and space velocity on the catalytic combustion purification efficiency of styrene on honeycomb catalyst were investigated. The results show that styrene concentration has little effect on the purification efficiency of exhaust gas, and temperature plays a decisive role in the catalytic combustion of styrene. As the space velocity increases, the purification efficiency of styrene decreases.
