最近我队曾给一位同志服山道年酚酞驱虫,于服药后16小时出现右手无名指动静脉,血管痉挛,血运受阻。经用1％奴夫卡因局封,35℃温水浸泡,患指恢复了血运。病例:患者王××,男,25岁,1976年2月15日下午来队门诊,据病症予山道年酚酞,每次0.06克,嘱当晚翌晨各服一次(共0.12克)禁油2天。服药后于2月16日上午12时,发现右手无名指苍白,麻木,经保温好转,下午4点钟第二次重现以上症状。来卫生队。检查:右手无名指从第一指骨节以下均苍白,发凉,压之指甲未见血运,用三棱针刺
