利用赤芝发酵西洋参须根,对产物-菌质成分进行了测定。结果表明:菌质人参皂苷含量为7.6%,高于发酵基质,灵芝三萜酸含量为0.02%,低于赤芝子实体;单体人参皂苷Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rb3含量显著低于基质,Rd含量明显增加,含有稀有皂苷C-K,其含量高达9.65 mg/g。菌质中含有人参皂苷和灵芝三萜酸双重药效成分。
Fermentation of American ginseng root with Ganoderma lucidum was carried out to determine the product-mycobacterial components.
