目的对具有较高双酚A(BPA)外暴露剂量的职业接触人群调查分析,试图阐明男性工人内外暴露的特征以及对生殖功能健康的效应。方法使用专门调查表对每个研究对象进行调查。同时进行体检和实验室检查,并按临床医学检验操作规程采集精液进行分析。结果接触组与对照组在快速向前运动、慢速向前运动、精子密度、精子存活率这4项参数方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而2组的正常形态精子率的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。接触组尿蛋白阳性检出率为4.67%,对照组尿蛋白阳性检出率为1.27%。经检验,接触组尿蛋白阳性明显高于对照组(χ2=6.130,P<0.05)。结论BPA暴露可能影响精子形态,并可能对男性职工肾功能有影响。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate and analyze occupationally exposed populations with a higher exposure to BPA and attempt to elucidate the characteristics of male and female external exposures and their effects on reproductive health. Results There was no significant difference in the four parameters of fast forward movement, slow forward movement, sperm density and sperm survival rate between the contact group and the control group (P> 0.05), while the normal morphology sperm rate The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The positive rate of urinary protein in the contact group was 4.67%, while the positive rate of urinary protein in the control group was 1.27%. After testing, the positive urine protein in the contact group was significantly higher than the control group (χ2 = 6.130, P <0.05). Conclusion BPA exposure may affect sperm morphology and may have implications for male workers’ renal function.
