本研究观察了补肾益精方药固真方对老年大鼠胸腺重/体重比值,老年大鼠胸腺细胞三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_3)受体数、Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性以及下丘脑、血浆亮氨酸脑啡肽(L-EK)含量的影响。结果表明:老年大鼠胸腺重/体重比值,胸腺细胞T_3受体数、Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性以及血浆亮氨酸脑啡肽(L-EK)含量均明显低于青年对照鼠,下丘脑L-EK含量则显著高于青年对照鼠,而固真方能明显改善老年大鼠胸腺三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_3)受体、Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性的改变,提示固真方可能通过增加老年大鼠降低的胸腺细胞T_3受体数和提高胸腺摄取T_3的功能,从而增强甲状腺激素(T_3)对胸腺的促进作用,提高老年机体胸腺依赖性免疫功能。
This study was conducted to observe the ratio of weight to body weight of thymus in aged rats and the number of receptors for triiodothyronine (T_3) and Na~+-K~+-ATPase in thymocytes of aged rats. And the effect of hypothalamus and plasma leucine-enkephalin (L-EK) content. The results showed that the ratio of thymus weight/body weight, T_3 receptor number, Na~+-K~+-ATPase activity and plasma leucine enkephalin (L-EK) in senile rats were significantly lower than those in young controls. Rats, hypothalamic L-EK content was significantly higher than the young control rats, and solid truth can significantly improve the sensation of thymus triiodothyronine (T_3) receptor, Na~+-K~+-ATP enzyme activity in aged rats The changes suggest that Guzhengfang may enhance the function of thyroid hormone (T_3) on the thymus by increasing the number of T_3 receptors in thymus cells and increasing the function of thymus uptake T_3 in aged rats, and increase the thymus-dependent immune function in the elderly. .
