稳定事关社会主义现代化建设的大局,是压倒一切的大事。高校是社会的重要组成部分,维护高校稳定是国家和社会政治大局稳定的需要。自上个世纪九十年代以来,我国普通高校已连续十几年保持着基本稳定,为全国社会稳定做出了贡献。当前,我国高等教育进入到一个新的历史发展阶段,高校面临着许多新形势和新挑战。高校党组织要居安思危,增强忧患意识,提高执政能力,把高校的稳定工作作为大事常抓不懈。
Stabilizing the overall situation of the socialist modernization drive is an overriding event. Colleges and universities are an important part of society. To safeguard the stability of colleges and universities is the need of a stable national and social overall political situation. Since the nineties of the last century, the general colleges and universities in our country have been basically stable for more than 10 years and have made contributions to the social stability of the whole country. At present, China’s higher education has entered a new stage of historical development. Colleges and universities are facing many new situations and new challenges. Party organizations in colleges and universities should be vigilant in peace time, enhance the sense of crisis, improve their ability to govern, and take the steady work of colleges and universities as a major event.
