通过硅胶柱色谱、MPLC以及HPLC等色谱手段对鼠李科枣属植物酸枣仁脱脂后的甲醇提取物进行分离纯化,并结合一维及二维核磁共振波谱、高分辨质谱等数据进行结构鉴定。共分离得到5个黄酮碳苷类化合物,1为新化合物,命名为6’’-feruloyl-6’’’-vanillylspinosin(1),其余4个已知化合物分别为6’’,6’’’-diferuloylspinosin(2),spinosin(3),swertisin(4),isoswertisin(5)。
The methanol extract from the jujube genus Zygocina jujuba was degreased by silica gel column chromatography, MPLC and HPLC, and the structure was identified by one-dimensional and two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and high resolution mass spectrometry. A total of 5 flavonoid glycosides were isolated and identified as 6 ’- feruloyl - 6’ ’- vanillylspinosin (1). The other 4 known compounds were 6 “, 6” -diferuloylspinosin (2), spinosin (3), swertisin (4), isoswertisin (5).
