一、工程概况和初步效益东坝头控导工程,是一九六四年修建的黄河河道整治工程,位于河南省兰考县境。该处是一八五五年(清咸丰五年)铜瓦厢决口改道的地方。河道特点是:(1)大河由此折转,成为一个大的弯道,东坝头就是河弯的顶点;(2)该处是高低滩地的一个分界点。上游河道内多为高滩,下游河道内均为低滩。东坝头附近河滩宽约五公里,缺乏必要工程控制,大河主流摆动频繁;(3)东坝头是一个常年靠
I. Overview of the Project and Preliminary Benefits Dongbaitou Control Project was built in 1964 to rectify the Yellow River. It is located in Lankao County, Henan Province. This place is the place where the diversion of copper wagons in 1855 (Ching Xianfeng five years) is diverted. The river is characterized by: (1) the river is turned off and turned into a big bend.
