数字减影血管造影（ DSA）作为一项检查技术于1980年公布以来取得了很大进步，目前脑血管DSA已经成为诊断颅脑血管病变和一些肿瘤性病变不可替代的检查手段，在观察脑内血管情况尤其是在颈动脉分叉处病变、动脉瘤、颅内动静脉畸形、颈动脉海绵窦瘘、动静脉瘘等脑血管病的诊断中被认为是金标准。另外，利用计算机成像技术将三维图像与 DSA有机结合，获得脑血管的三维影像，可从多角度观察病变血管及周围组织情况。“,”Since published in 1980,digital subtraction angiography(DSA) has been further developed and become an irreplaceable means of inspection in the diagnosis of cerebral vascular diseases and some neo-plastic lesions.It has been considered as the ‘Golden Standard’ in the diagnosis of cerebral vascular disea-ses,especially carotid stenosis, aneurysm, arteriovenous malformations, carotid cavernous fistula, arteriove-nous fistula,etc.Moreover,by using computer-generated imagery technique,three-dimensional digital subtrac-tion angiography(3D-DSA) can obtain the three-dimensional imaging of the cerebral vessels and observe vas-cular and surrounding tissues from multi angles.
