随着社会的发展和科学技术的进步,传统的人事档案管理方式已不能适应新的形势任务发展的需要。本文试从人事档案管理制度改革角度出发,提出相应的对策、意见和建议。
With the development of society and the advancement of science and technology, the traditional management mode of personnel files can no longer meet the needs of the new situation and task development. This article tries to put forward corresponding countermeasures, opinions and suggestions from the perspective of personnel file management system reform.
