大豆新品种“吉农43”是吉林农业大学2002年以CN05-8为母本、CN05-13为父本,进行品种间有性杂交,经系谱法多年系统选育而成。2012—2013年参加国家北方区春大豆中熟组区域试验,2年平均产量为3 177.0 kg/hm2,比对照“吉育86”增产4.4%。2014年参加国家北方区春大豆生产试验,平均产量为3 061.5 kg/hm2,比对照“吉育86”增产8.0%。子粒蛋白质含量35.95%,脂肪含量22.98%。该品种高产、稳产性好,脂肪含量髙,抗病性和抗倒伏能力强。于2015年9月通过农业部国家农作物品种审定委员会审定。该品种适宜吉林省中部、内蒙古呼和浩特及赤峰地区春播种植。
