根据人类跳越障碍自然活动能力,设计了一套纵箱支撑跳越教学步骤,经实验证明,这不仅能够预防教学中学生不良心理、生理状态的产生,还有效地提高了教学效果。
According to the ability of natural jumping ability of human jumping obstacle, a set of vertical box support jumping teaching steps is designed. The experiment proves that this can not only prevent the generation of bad psychology and physiological condition of teaching students, but also effectively improve the teaching effect.
