和其他任何过程仪器仪表一样,选择合适的液位传感技术要从分析实际应用环境开始。测量容器中液体或固体物质的量一直以来都是过程仪器仪表最基本的功能之一。通常我们所谓的测量罐内液位,其实在大多数情况下所需的信息是体积,真正需要了解液位的情况非常少。和流量测量一样,液位测量技术的原理极其丰富。在本文中,我们将仅对那些提供电子数据采集、同时已经被多个制造商支持的技术,进行一个简单的介绍,而不是全面讨论。
Like any other process instrumentation, selecting the right level sensing technique begins with an analysis of the actual application. Measuring the amount of liquid or solid material in a container has long been one of the most fundamental functions of process instrumentation. In general, what we call measuring the liquid level in a tank, in fact, the information required in most cases is the volume. There is very little need to really understand the liquid level. Like flow measurement, the principle of level measurement is extremely rich. In this article, we’ll give a brief introduction, not a full discussion, only to those technologies that provide electronic data capture and have been supported by multiple manufacturers.
