1 历史的回顾与新定义的提出人们的正确认识总是有历史阶段性的 ,1995年一个以美国糖尿病协会 (ＡＤＡ)为基础的国际性专家委员会成立了。他们回顾了自 1979年以来的科学文献及经验 ,最后拿出了ＡＤＡ报告。本报告共分四部分。其中第 1部分就是对疾病的定义进行了重新的描述 :
