针对井下带式输送机输送带出现问题而无法及时发现的难题,提出了一种基于Zigbee技术对井下输送带的运行状态进行监测的系统设计,通过安装压力传感器、超声波设备来监测输送带运行状态,再利用Zigbee网络节点传输由传感器节点采集到的数据,一方面传送至井下的以三星S5PV210处理器为核心芯片的嵌入式网关,另一方面通过RS485总线传输到地面的监控中心。实现了无人看守、故障报警等功能,保障了煤矿高效而又安全的生产。
