目前,我国工程机械保有量近600万台,而二手设备交易量有80%以上是私下交易。随着工程机械市场保有量的增加,二手工程机械市场流通混乱、评估与定价体系缺失,交易税等相关法律法规不健全以及服务体系建设等方面问题日益凸显。为解决工程机械二手设备市场存在的这些问题,近日,我国工程机械工业协会成立了二手设备专家委员会,有望促进二手工程机械设备市场健康发展。
At present, China’s construction machinery holdings of nearly 6 million units, and more than 80% of second-hand equipment trading volume is private transactions. With the increasing possession of construction machinery market, the circulation of second-hand construction machinery market chaos, the lack of assessment and pricing system, transaction tax and other relevant laws and regulations are not perfect and service system construction has become increasingly prominent. In order to solve these problems existing in used machinery market of construction machinery, recently, China Construction Machinery Association set up a second-hand equipment expert committee, which is expected to promote the healthy development of second-hand construction machinery and equipment market.
