以亚种间杂交稻测03/扬稻4号、PC311/早献党和讪稻扬稻4号为材料,研究了外源脱落酸(ABA)对籽粒充实的影响。结果表明:在灌浆初期(花后1~8d)低浓度(15mg/L)ABA处理对结实率、谷粒充实率、粒重、单株产量、弱势粒的胚乳组织发育以及茎鞘贮藏物质的运转有明显的促进作用,灌浆中期(花后16d)低浓度ABA以及各期高浓度(30mg/L)ABA处理则表现为抑制作用;ABA对籽粒充实的促进或抑制,主要是由于弱势粒胚乳细胞数的增加或减少,ABA对强势粒胚乳组织发育的影响很小。
The effects of exogenous ABA (ABA) on seed enrichment were studied using inter-subspecific hybrid rice 03 / Yangdao 4, PC311 / Zusheedang and Hudao Yangdao 4 as materials. The results showed that ABA at low concentration (1 ~ 8 days after anthesis) could significantly affect the seed setting rate, grain filling rate, grain weight, yield per plant, endosperm tissue development of inferior grains, (ABA) and high concentration (30mg / L) ABA at the middle of filling stage (ABA at 16d after flowering). The promotion or inhibition of ABA on seed filling was mainly due to the weak endosperm The increase or decrease of the number of cells, ABA had little effect on the development of strong endosperm tissue.
