本文介绍了密封技术应用的几个特殊问题。1.低温下的密封低温是指-50℃以下的温度。这里主要研究气体介质或液化气体在这一温度范围内的密封问题。所有天然和合成橡胶以及几乎全部的热塑性塑料均不宜作这种温度范围内的密封材料。对于这一温度范围内的静密封主要采用金属材料、石棉、石棉橡胶板、金属-石棉复合材料和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE);而动密封则由于润滑材料有较高的凝固点故可采用于摩擦密封或外接触式密封。干摩擦密封所用的材料有炭精、聚四氟乙烯、聚
