课堂高效是每个教师所追求的目标,但是每个教师都不可避免会遇到过影响课堂高效的“拦路虎”——教学缺失和教学过度,如何克服教学缺失和过度教学,实现课堂高效,成为我们在教学上探讨的热点话题。教学缺失是指教师的教学行为在教学的进度、数量、强度、方法等方面的不到位,使得课堂没有达到预期的教学效果。过度教学指当绝大多数学生已经理解了相关学习内容时,教师仍然简单地重复着教学内容与教学方式;或者由于教学方法单一、死板,学生不能够适应单一、死板的教学方法。教学缺失和过度教学都影响了课堂高效的实现,因为当一个教师无法准确把握教学的进度、强度、数量等,尤其教师缺乏教学机智、先进的理念、有效的策略时都会造成教学
