近年来很多院校都开设了旅游专业,并年年扩招,但真正输送到旅游企业的人才数量却没有增长,旅游专业本科生在行业内就业率不高。而作为受过高等教育的旅游专业本科毕业生,具有一定的专业对口性,与没受过高等教育的员工相比,在处事方法及分析事物能力等各方面都有较大的优势,相对来讲更具有发展性。由此可见,旅游专业本科生是旅游行业最需要、最具发展潜力的群体。旅游专业本科生在行业内就业率低、流失率高已成为学校和企业都密切关注的一大难题。本文结合相关文献,分析旅游专业本科生行业外就业的现状,并运用调查问卷法和访谈法收集数据,对上海师范大学天华学院旅游管理专业进行分析,最后提出了对提高旅游专业本科生行业内就业的对策与建议。
In recent years, many colleges and universities have set up tourism major and expanded their enrollments every year. However, the number of talents actually sent to tourism enterprises has not increased, and tourism undergraduates have low employment rate in the industry. And as a higher education tourism undergraduate graduates, has a certain degree of professional counterparts, with no education of staff compared to the methods of doing things and the ability to analyze things have a greater advantage in all aspects, relatively speaking With development. This shows that undergraduate tourism major is the tourism industry most in need, the most potential for development of the community. Tourism majors in the employment of undergraduate low rate of high turnover has become a school and business are paying close attention to a major problem. Based on the relevant literature, this article analyzes the status quo of out-of-job employment of tourism majors, and uses questionnaires and interviews to collect data, analyzes the majors of tourism management in Tianhua University of Shanghai Normal University, and finally puts forward some suggestions to improve undergraduates’ Countermeasures and Suggestions on Employment in China.
