一、人工种子的概念所谓人工种子,就是将植物体细胞在离体培养条件下形成的胚状体包埋在含有营养物质(人工胚乳)和具有保护性的外壳(人工种皮)中形成的在适宜条件下能发芽出苗的颗粒体。与通过合子胚形成的植物自然种子相比,人工种子属于无性繁殖体系,理论上可以完全复制亲本的遗传性状。其应用价值①使在自然条件下不结实或种子昂贵的植物得以高效快速繁殖;②保持杂交优势。直接利用F_1代体细胞胚制成的人工种子,既可以高度保持杂种优势,又能在人工离体培养条件下
