干部文化缺失是当前一个比较突出的问题。由于文化缺乏,导致干部世界观、人生观、价值观、权力观、政治观出现了偏差,导致政府公信力与执行力消弱。为弥补这一短板,通过干部教育培训专题课程开设授课、干部自身拟定学习计划自学、举办文化节等活动,建立建全相关体制机制,以促使干部加强传统文化学习,加强思想政治文化修养,以达到新时期新形势下提高干部素质的目的,使其全心全意保质保量为人民服务。
The lack of cadres culture is currently a more prominent issue. Due to the lack of culture, the cadre world outlook, outlook on life, values, power outlook and political outlook have diverged, leading to the weakening of the government’s credibility and execution. In order to make up for this shortcoming, cadres set up lectures through special courses on cadre education and training. Cadres themselves formulated their own learning plans and held cultural festivals and other activities to establish relevant institutional mechanisms for cadres to promote traditional culture and enhance their ideological, political and cultural accomplishments. So as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of cadres in the new situation and under the new situation so that they will serve the people wholeheartedly with the aim of quality and quantity and quantity.
