针对城市地铁深基坑工程事故易发的现状,结合天津地铁3号线昆明路站深基坑监测方案,通过大量实测数据对基坑的围护体结构定向位移和支撑轴力进行了研究,分析墙体变形及钢支撑轴力变化的原因。通过监测分析表明:围护结构随着支撑的架设,水平位移部位下移;钢支撑内力变化不是单调递增,呈现反复变化的现象,底板浇注完成后,基坑变形趋于稳定。昆明路站基坑工程的现场施工监测是安全施工的重要保证,可为类似城市地下工程的安全施工提供有益的借鉴和参考。
In view of the status quo of deep foundation pit engineering accident in urban subway, combined with the monitoring program of deep foundation pit of Kunming Road Station of Tianjin Metro Line 3, the directional displacement and supporting axial force of the retaining body of foundation pit are studied through a large amount of measured data, Analysis of wall deformation and steel support shaft force changes. Monitoring analysis shows that: With the erection of the support, the horizontal displacements of the enclosure structure move downward; the change of the internal force of the steel support is not monotonically increasing, showing a phenomenon of repeated changes. The deformation of the foundation pit tends to be stable after the bottom plate is poured. Site construction monitoring of foundation pit project in Kunming Road Station is an important guarantee for safety construction, which can provide useful reference and reference for the safety construction of similar urban underground engineering.
