从改善共晶形态的角度研究了稀土变质处理和热处理二者之间的内在联系。结果表明:变质后再经热处理可以显著地加速中铬半钢共晶炭化物的断网团聚及颗粒状炭化物析出,并明显地提高其综合力学性能。
From the perspective of improving the eutectic morphology, the interrelationship between rare earth modification and heat treatment has been studied. The results show that after metamorphism and heat treatment, the intergranular agglomeration and the precipitation of granular carbides can be remarkably accelerated, and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the medium chromium semi-steel eutectic carbide can be obviously accelerated.
