利用海南冬季高温少雨的特殊自然气候条件 ,对 10 0份自选玉米自交系的高代系进行了耐旱性鉴定。结果表明 :在 10 0份自选玉米自交系中 ,属高耐旱系的材料仅有 5份 ,占总数的5% ,中耐旱系的有 11分 ,占总数的 11% ,其余为低耐旱系或不耐旱系共 84份 ,占总数的 84 %。这说明所选玉米自交系大多数为低耐旱系或不耐旱系 ,而高耐旱系及中耐旱系可为玉米耐旱性育种提供宝贵的耐旱性资源
Based on the special natural climatic conditions of high temperature and light rain in winter in Hainan, drought tolerance identification was carried out on the high lines of 100 optional maize inbred lines. The results showed that in 10 inbred maize inbred lines, only 5 were high drought tolerant lines, accounting for 5% of the total, 11 of them were in drought tolerant lines, accounting for 11% of the total, and the rest were low A total of 84 drought-resistant or non-drought-resistant lines, accounting for 84% of the total. This indicates that most of the selected maize inbred lines are low or no drought tolerant lines, while the high drought tolerant and middle drought tolerant lines can provide valuable drought tolerance resources for drought tolerant maize breeding
