为解决东风_4型机车柴油机在试验和运用过程中气缸套和喷油泵下体滚轮大量拉伤的质量问题，介绍一种较先进的柴油机整机机油系统的清洗装置。该装置采用机油为清洗剂，用双螺杆泵在柴油机曲轴为1．5r／min转速下向机油系统注入高压清洗油，使其各运动件摩擦副得到充分清洗。该装置结构设计紧凑、新颖、操作方便、使用可靠、冲洗效果好，投入运用后使柴油机气缸套和喷油泵下作滚轮等部件拉伤现象大幅度下降。对柴油机制造、检修行业的产品质量及清洁度提高具有较高的参考作用，且经济效益显著。
