过去我厂采用普通盛油槽来清洗从大修设备上拆卸下来的零部件。洗涤油经过几次清洗油污较多的零部件之后,便浑浊而不能继续使用,需要更换新油,浪费很大。为了节约用油,根据污物、水与油的比重不同,制造了隔离沉淀物的零件清洗槽(见图)。我厂多数大修设备零件的清洗是间断进行的,所以有充分的时间使洗涤油中的污物通过隔离网沉淀到油槽底部水中,清洁油浮在上面。这样就可以在上面清洁油内继续洗净零件。

In order to save oil, according to the different proportions of dirt, water and oil, a part washing tank for separating sediment is manufactured (see picture). Most of the plant overhaul equipment parts cleaning is intermittent, so there is sufficient time to wash the dirt in the oil through the isolation network to the bottom of the sump water, clean oil floating on it. This will clean the oil in it and keep cleaning the parts.
