文章选取中美中职教师专业标准文本,对其内容构架及具体内容进行了深入、系统的比较。通过比较发现中美中职教师专业标准的内容存在着共性和差异性,两国标准的内容构架都具有全面性、条理性和可操作性的特征,其具体内容都涵盖了教师职业伦理要求、专业知识要求、专业技能及专业发展要求。但两国标准秉持的基本理念不同,同时对实践知识的重视程度不同,专业技能要求和专业发展要求也各有所侧重。最后得出我国中职教师专业标准还需树立全纳教育理念;重视行业知识和职场知识;关注情境学习环境的创设技能;提升教学评价能力与教学反思能力。
This article chooses professional standard texts of Chinese and American vocational teachers, and makes an in-depth and systematic comparison of its content structure and specific content. By comparing the contents of the professional standards of Chinese and American secondary vocational teachers there are commonalities and differences, the contents of the two countries have the characteristics of a comprehensive, organized and operable content, the content of which cover the professional ethics requirements of teachers, Professional knowledge requirements, professional skills and professional development requirements. However, the basic concepts held by the two countries’ standards are different. At the same time, their emphasis on practical knowledge is different, and their professional skills and professional development requirements are also emphasized. Finally, the author concludes that the professional standard of secondary vocational school teachers in our country needs to establish the concept of inclusive education, emphasize the knowledge of industry and workplace, pay attention to the creation of situational learning environment, and improve the teaching evaluation ability and teaching ability of reflection.
