第六届全国半导体物理学术会议于1987年12月24日至28日在广州召开。 大会收到论文550篇,经评审采纳列入摘要文集433篇,在会上报告的有298篇。全国共有68个单位,正式代表320人,列席代表24人云集广州。会议规模超过了历届。 在开幕式上,复旦大学校长谢希德教授致了开幕词,中国科学院半导体研究所名誉所长黄昆教授作了题为《超晶格和量子阱的若干问题》的专题报告。这一报告介绍了在这一研究领域内在理论上提出的种种问题,指出了它广阔的应用前景,最后还概述了这些问题对基础理论研究产生的重大影响。 论文报告分八个专题组同时进行。除了历届会议传统的专题外,这次专门把“低维电子系统及超晶格”单独列为一组。该专题采纳论文65篇,会上报告46篇。对比前两届会上仅有中国科学院半导体研究所和南京电子器件研究所共两、三篇的情况,这是一个很大的飞跃,成为本届会议的突出特点。论文内容不仅涉及二维电子气特性,也涉及到二维空穴气、量子
The 6th National Conference on Semiconductor Physics was held in Guangzhou on December 24-28, 1987. The conference received 550 papers, which were reviewed and approved for inclusion in 433 abstracts, with 298 reported at the conference. A total of 68 units nationwide, 320 officially represented representatives of 24 people gathered in Guangzhou. The scale of the conference exceeded previous years. At the opening ceremony, Prof. Xie Xide, President of Fudan University, delivered an opening speech. Prof. Huang Kun, Honorary Director of the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences, gave a special report titled “Several Issues in Superlattice and Quantum Traps.” This report presents the theoretically proposed problems in this field of study, points out its broad application prospects, and finally summarizes the significant impact these issues have on basic theoretical research. Paper reports divided into eight thematic groups at the same time. In addition to the traditional topics of previous sessions, this time, the “low-dimensional electronic systems and superlattices” were exclusively included as a group. The topic adopts 65 papers and 46 papers are reported at the conference. Compared with the previous two sessions, only the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Nanjing Institute of Electronic Devices, a total of two or three cases, this is a big leap forward to become the salient features of this session. The thesis not only involves two-dimensional electron gas properties, but also involves two-dimensional hole gas and quantum
