一、人力资本的经济特征人力资本的经济特征主要表现为人力资本的产权特征。人力资本产权重在研究拥有这些人力资本的人与其人力资本的关系,以及不同人力资本所有者之间的关系。笔者认为,人力资本产权具有以下五个特征:首先,人力资本的私有性。与非人力资本与其所有者可以分割不同,人力资本的所有权——人的体力、健康、生产知识、技能、经验、精神存量的所有权不可分割地属于其载体——个人本身。
