钢筋锈蚀是影响钢筋混凝土结构耐久性的重要因素,混凝土保护层锈胀开裂是危及结构安全的临界点。建立钢筋均匀锈胀扩孔模型对钢筋均匀锈胀过程进行弹性及弹塑性变形分析,并根据保护层锈胀开裂时刻的锈胀力得出锈胀开裂时刻的钢筋锈蚀深度计算式,计算得到的理论值与试验结果吻合较好,对锈胀力和临界钢筋锈蚀率进行影响因素分析,可为混凝土结构耐久性设计及寿命预测提供参考。
Reinforcing steel corrosion is an important factor affecting the durability of reinforced concrete structures. Corrosion cracking of concrete cover is the critical point that endangers structural safety. Based on the analysis of the elastic and elastic-plastic deformation of uniform rebar expansion process, the calculation formula of corroded depth of rebar at the moment of cracking and expansion is derived according to the corrosive force at the moment of corrosion cracking. The theoretical values are in good agreement with the experimental results, and the influencing factors on the corrosion force and the corrosion rate of the critical reinforcement can be analyzed, which can provide references for the durability design and life prediction of concrete structures.
