某单位送修的一台QY5型汽车起重机,该机吊重时,从手动换向阀至回转中心接头的一根钢管剧烈振动,其直角转弯处多次断裂,给使用、维修造成很大困难。众所周知,液体在管道中流动时,如钢管弯曲半径过小,流速变化过大,在瞬间液体的压力比正常压力高好几倍,因此,引起噪声、振动,使密封元件和管道损坏。按规范,油管(钢制)外径D=22mm,弯曲半径R=75mm,但该汽车起重机此处管道弯
