本文论述了当前上海废弃物资源状况、资源化的主要途径，采取的有效措施，探讨了近期工作的重点与目标，以及相关的对策。上海是中国最大的工业城市。随着经济的发展和城市建设规模的扩大，废弃物排放量逐年上升。上海市政府对废弃物资源化十分重视，制订和采取了一系列的政策措施，在废弃物资源化方面取得了显著成效，在经济和社会发展以及环境保护等方面发挥了重要作用．
This article discusses the current status of waste resources in Shanghai, the main means of recycling, to take effective measures to explore the focus of recent work and objectives, and related countermeasures. Shanghai is China’s largest industrial city. With the economic development and the expansion of urban construction, the amount of wastes is rising year by year. The Shanghai municipal government attaches great importance to the resource recycling of waste, formulates and adopts a series of policies and measures, and has achieved remarkable results in resource recycling of waste. It has played an important role in economic and social development and environmental protection.
