7月31日早上,我矿煤质科万科长在垃圾堆旁的破木箱里,发现很多档案材料,经过详细检查,共有文件580份。其中属於绝密性质的约20份,属於机密性质的有230多份;大多是人事档案和一些重要证件。这些文件是我矿教育科在搬家时丢掉的。该科领导思想麻痹,不重视文书档案工作。文书工作人员不严格执行文件登记、编号制度,文件不加整理,混乱地存放着,借出、移交时不办理手续,更没有做到按时归档。这次搬家时将装文件的破木箱放在屋外五、六天也无人理会。后来被清洁工人抬到垃圾堆旁,准备作垃圾处理。此事幸被发觉,假使被反革命分子窃
