对马钢A高炉如何稳定操作炉型的生产管理进行了阐述。在原燃料质量波动大的情况下,A高炉的操作炉型不断变化,相对稳定性较差,通过对炉料结构、送风制度、煤气流分布、热制度与造渣制度、冷却壁与漏水和炉前出铁的调整与优化,操作炉型逐步合理,实现了炉况的稳定和生产指标的逐步改善。燃料比由最高的511 kg/t降至最低的492kg/t,煤比由最低的117kg/t提高至159kg/t,利用系数由最低的1.953提至最高的2.3。
