浅谈全纳教育背景下特教教师转型必备条件
【摘 要】虽然全纳教育在国际上提出已有二十几年,但它依然是特殊教育亟待解决的难题。我国教育部印发的《普通学校特殊教育资源教室建设指南》中提到,特殊教育资源教室是推进残疾儿童少年在普通学校随班就读工作的关键支撑,对全面提高特殊教育水平具有不可替代的重要作用。

On the Necessary Conditions for the Transformation of Special Education Teachers under the Background of Inclusive Education

【Abstract】Although inclusive education has been proposed internationally for more than 20 years, it is still a problem that needs to be solved urgently in special education. The "Guidelines for the Construction of Special Education Resource Classrooms in General Schools" issued by the Ministry of Education of my country mentioned that special education resource classrooms are the key support for promoting disabled children and teenagers to study in regular classes in general schools, and are irreplaceable and important for comprehensively improving the level of special education effect.

研究表明,特教教師转型为资源教师是未来的一个趋势。
