“以学生发展为中心,为了每一个学生的发展”的理念体现了教育改革的鲜明指向。但在教育改革发展的同时,却出现了教师专业成长严重旁落的不正常现象,教师的专业成长也由此成为新课程实施的瓶颈。本文以英语青年教师自身教学行为和知识结构的重组为切入点,谈谈英语青年教师的专业成长过程。
The concept of “focusing on student development for the development of every student” embodies the salient point of education reform. However, at the same time of educational reform and development, there has been an abnormal phenomenon that teachers’ professional growth is seriously abused. Therefore, the professional growth of teachers has thus become the bottleneck in the implementation of the new curriculum. This article starts from the reorganization of the teaching behaviors and knowledge structure of young English teachers in English, and discusses the professional growth process of English young teachers.
