目的研究零磁场对小鼠行为的影响;方法C级磁屏蔽室模拟零磁空间,7只Balb/c小鼠分别在零磁空间和正常地磁环境下进行实验。在白天和夜间两个时段,利用UGO-7431行为分析仪定量检测小鼠的行为学指标,并进行统计学分析;结果与正常地磁环境比较,零磁空间下小鼠水平方向的活跃程度没有显著性差异,而垂直方向活跃程度明显增强;白天和夜间两个时段的实验结果的差异并没有统计学意义;结论小鼠在零磁空间环境下的部分行为学指标变化显著,表现为亢奋、烦躁,证实地磁环境与动物的日常行为息息相关。
Objective To study the effect of zero magnetic field on the behavior of mice. Methods The magnetic shielding room of class C simulated zero magnetic space and seven Balb / c mice were tested under zero magnetic space and normal magnetic environment respectively.
